Return Policy:

Thank you for shopping with us at Modella. We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. In the event that you're not satisfied with your unworn purchase (original tags must be attached), you may return your order to us within 7 days of receipt*. All regular priced items are eligible for a full refund unless otherwise noted.

Please note: All discounted/clearance items are eligible for a store credit or exchange only.

 

How to get a return label:

Click the link “process a return” in the footer menu at the bottom of our website or visit www.ca.modellasignature.com/a/returns and proceed with filling the requested fields in the form.

Important: Return labels are usually processed within the same business day, but it may take up to 2 business days to receive the label. If you send it back using your own label, we cannot assume the cost of the label.
