United States Returns:
It is important to note that return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
Prior to sending it back, please scroll to the bottom of our website and click on "Returns" in the footer menu. Follow the instructions in order to have your return approved. Once approved, ship the parcel via U.S POST OFFICE ONLY. PACKAGES COMING FROM OTHER CARRIERS WILL BE DECLINED.
IMPORTANT: In order to avoid taxes and duties on the return, please indicate to the post office that the value of your return is $30.00 and that it is Return of Canadian Merchandise. Please note, failure to comply with our instructions may result in additional charges. Do not hesitate to contact our customer service for additional details.

Item Availability
Despite our continuing efforts in adjusting the website merchandise with our stock, there will occasionally be some items that appear on the website that are out of stock. If this occurs, a member of our team will immediately contact the client via email.
